Tenetro software does not use any uncommon practices or tools. However, before you try to use our programs, you should go read this checklist to ensure you have no problems.

After reading this checklist, you should also check the System Requirements page.

If not, we recommend you install the latest Flash engine.

Tenetro Client Software

What settings are required for my firewall?

Tenetro softwares operate over port 7071(phasing out soon),7072,7075 and 7076. This means you have to tell your firewall to allow traffic on these ports.

If you are on an institutional network, talk to your network administrator about your firewall settings.

If you are running a recent version of the Windows operating system, you may have to change settings on your personal firewall.
